Gibson City - EPC came into their 1st round match-up with the tall task of taking on the #2 seed and 3rd ranked GCMS Falcons. Unfortunately for the Wildcatz, it wouldn't take long for the Falcons to take control of this game as they stormed out to a 21-6 lead, after Jayden Kempel returned a kickoff 81 yards for the score. Dakota - Friday night saw rain in the forecast, and Dakota was playing host to EPC in an NUIC Northwest showdown. Both teams would be looking to better they potential playoff positioning, but it was West Carroll who still needed a win to become playoff eligible. Pearl City - Our Northwest Game of the Week featured the Thunder of West Carroll visiting Pearl City to square off with the EPC Wildcatz. After losing back to back home games, EPC got a big win last week to see them sit at 4-2, needing one win to become playoff eligible. Galena- In a Northwest match-up tonight, the Eastland-Pearl City Wildcatz traveled to Galena to take on
the Pirates. Coming off of tough losses two weeks in a row to Forreston and Le-Win, the EPC
Wildcatz looked to get back on track against the Pirates. Galena on the other hand was
searching for victory number one on the season. The Wildcatz wasted no time getting to the end zone, when running back Jayden Kempel set
himself up and ripped off a 35 yard run, and followed it
