Week 4 | Le-Win at Galena
Galena hasn't been too kind to Lena-Winslow the last couple years at Chuck Korte Field, and the Pirates were looking for a little more magic once again to rejuvenate a tough start that Galena isn't accustomed to.
Galena got on the board first after Hunter Holland connected with Cameron Gelinas on a 48 yard TD pass to put the Pirates up 7-0. Then Lena-Winslow struck back as Bailey Litow darted 79 yards to pay-dirt. The 2 point conversion was successful putting the Panthers ahead 8-7, and Le-Win would roll from en route to a 50-10 victory over Galena.
Valentine led the Panthers' ground attack with 11 carries for 141 yards and 2 TD's. Litow finished the night with 6 carries for 112 yards and the lone TD. The Panthers also had TD's from Payden Lingle on a 45 yard run, a Tanner Lawfer to Ty Chrisman 41 yard pass, a Trey Chenong 35 yard INT return, and a Gaige Schwartz 3 yard run.
