Week 4 | EPC at Polo
EPC rolled into Polo Friday night, looking for their 4th straight win to open the season, and looking for a revenge victory after suffering a big defeat to the Marcos last season.
The Wildcatz would strike first taking an early 7-0 lead. Polo would answer back quickly, but failed on their extra point try, cutting EPC's lead to 7-6.
It was all Wildcatz after that, as EPC would put up 32 unanswered points on their way to a 39-6 win over the Marcos.
Keegan Schubert rushed the ball 22 times for 105 yards and 2 TD's, while Jayden Kempel had 74 yards rushing on 6 carries with 2 scores of his own. Brighton Haverland would later add a 2 yard TD run, would give EPC 2 points on defense when he teamed up with Payton clouse for a safety, and had 90 yards passing on 5-12 passing. Kempel also added a 42 yard INT return for a TD.
