Week 6 | Stockton vs Warren

Stockton

Stockton came into Friday night looking for win number 6 and to punch their ticket to the 2016 playoffs. Standing in the way was the rival Warren Warriors, who upset Stockton last season in the same week. The Blackhawks were looking for redemption at John O'Boyle Field.

Stockton would waste no time as Hayden Fox hit Thomas Eden on a 68 yard TD pass just 11 seconds into the game putting the Blackhawks up 6-0. From there the high octane Blackhawks rolled as they jumped out to a 20-0 1st quarter lead en route to a 54-6 win and clinched a spot in the playoffs.

Fox was a part of 6 TD's for Stockton as he ran for 2 scores from 1 yard and 5 yards out, and threw for 4 more, also connecting with Nolan Buske twice for 32 yards and 45 yards respectively, and hit Dillon Hatfield for 30 yards. Chad Larson would later add a 4 yard TD run and Brian Booth scored from 28 yards out to cap the scoring for Stockton.

For Warren, their lone score came on a Payton Calow to Andrew Kaiser 20 yard TD connection for the Warriors only score on the night.

Fox finished the night 10-16 passing for 230 yards 4 TD's and had 7 carries for 67 yards and 2 more scores. Larson added 64 yards on 6 carries to go along with his TD.

Calow was 15-23 passing for 133 yards for the Warriors. With the loss the Warriors fell to 1-5 on the season and are officially eliminated from playoff contention.
