Our Upstate Game of the Week featured Stockton and Polo, as recent history has told us that when these two teams meet expect the scores to be high, and the game to be the highlight that week in the Upstate Division.
Friday night featured both teams donning the same 4-2 records in search of win number 5 to become playoff eligible.
On this night though, it was all Stockton as they stormed out to a 20-0 lead behind 3 TD runs, with Brian Booth getting the first points on the board, followed by Colin Dvorak with 2 TD runs of his own as the Hawks cruised to a 49-21 victory over rival Polo at John O'Boyle Field.
The Blackhawks outgained Polo 431-144 on the night. Leading the way was Brian Booth with 137 yards on the ground and 2 TD's and Elijah Rowe who pitched in with 108 yards on the ground to go with a pair of scores as well.
Stockton (5-2) vs Aquin (6-1) | Polo (4-3) @ AFC (2-5)
