Week 4 | West Carroll at Pecatonica

This game featured two teams both in search for their first wins of the year, as West Carroll rolled into town to square off with the hosts, Pecatonica.

 

The game was close early, as the Thunder's Connor Sipe put the first points on the board with a 10 yard TD run.  Pecatonica would respond, though, as Rahim Hunt would punch it in from 19 yards out to tie the game at 6-6.  

 

The Thunder then took control in the 2nd quarter as they put up 24 unanswered points on their way to a 48-12 win over the Indians.  Kaleb Plattenburger had a 50 yard INT return, Logan Barker dove in from 2 yards out,  and Luke Jones found the end zone on a 15 yard TD reception.  Kody Plattenburger scored from 5 yards out, Jacob Dunk would add a 24 yard TD reception, and Barker would make his 2nd trip to the end zone with a 5 yard run to complete the scoring for West Carroll.

 

Matt Jones would add a 7 yard TD run for Pecatonica.
