For being only the 3rd week of the 2016 season, this game had some potential playoff implications on the line. For Milledgeville (2-1), this was almost a must win game, as their schedule gets much tougher after week 5. AFC (1-2) was also searching for win number 2, which would leave them sitting nice in the standings and in the playoff picture.
AFC would jump out to a 19-0 lead, but Milledgeville came back in the second half with 22 unanswered points to steal the win on the game winning TD with only 18 seconds remaining in the game.
Brexton Flynn was 3-8 passing on the night, but connected twice with Carson Boyer for TD's for the Missiles. Flynn would also add a TD run for the Missiles in their come from behind win. Kyle Forbes led the Missiles on the ground with 100 yards rushing on 23 carries.
For the Raiders, Adam Hart had 90 yards rushing on 12 carries and 1 score, while Stephen Brooks had 78 yards rushing on 13 carries and a score.
