Week 2 | Pecatonica @ Lena-Winslow
In a Northwest division battle between Pecatonica and Le-Win, both teams were coming in looking for their first win of the season. Le-Win wasted no time as QB Tanner Lawfer found Ty Chrisman on a 55 yard TD pass. Payden Lingle then made it a 2 score lead with a TD run from 2 yards out. The first half was then capped by a 1 yard TD plunge by Bailey Litow, giving Le-Win a 21-0 lead at the half.
The Panthers opened up the 3rd quarter with a 53 yard TD run by Rhaveon Valentine. Litow would add his 2nd trip to paydirt with a 7 yard run. Mitchell Mikesell would cap the scoring for Le-Win with his 59 yard fumble return for a TD, giving the Panthers a 42-0 lead at the end of the 3rd quarter, and the score would remain the same for the final.
Le-Win improves to 1-1 with the win, while Pecatonica drops to 0-2 on the season. Valentine had a game high 113 yards on 9 carries, while Litow finished up with 11 carries for 72 yards, and Lingle would end the night with 81 yards on 16 carries. Bryce Hunt led Pecatonica with 55 yards on 14 carries.
Le-Win improves 1-1 on the season, while Pecatonica drops to 0-2.
